Where we ship
We ship printed books and the souvenir booklet within the United States only. International shipping is not available yet — if you are outside the U.S., the eBook and film editions download anywhere in the world.
Shipping rates
Shipping is charged per order, not per book:
one printed item — $5.99
two or three printed items — $8.00
four or more printed items — $12.00
merchandise over $100 — free U.S. shipping
The $100 threshold is counted on the merchandise itself, before shipping. eBooks and films need no shipping and do not count toward the number of printed items.
Tax
Every price on this site already includes tax. Nothing is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and shipped from Las Vegas. Each printed book is signed by Gregory Popovich by hand, so please allow a couple of business days before the parcel leaves us. Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Digital items
eBooks and films are delivered immediately after payment: the thank-you page shows your download links, and the same links are valid for 72 hours and up to three downloads per order. If a link expires before you managed to save the file, write to us and we will issue a new one.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or refund the order in full.
Returns
Printed books and the booklet may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in resalable condition. Write to us first so we can give you the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong title. Once the parcel reaches us, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Digital items cannot be returned once a download link has been opened, because the file cannot be given back. If a file will not open on your device, contact us and we will help or refund it.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are quoted and invoiced separately. Their shipping is calculated for the actual weight and destination, and the free-shipping threshold above does not apply to them.

Who you are buying from

Orders and prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars and include tax. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we accept the payment. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full — we will write to you first.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page; this site never sees them and never stores them. We receive only what we need to fulfil the order: what you bought, the amount paid, your email and — for printed items — your shipping address.
Digital items and what you may do with them
eBooks and films are licensed for personal use. You may read or watch them on your own devices and keep the files. You may not resell, publish, upload or otherwise redistribute them, in whole or in part.
Copyright
The books, films, photographs, video and text on this site belong to Popovich Comedy Pet Theater and its authors. Press and media are welcome to quote from the site with attribution; everything beyond that needs our written permission.
Show tickets
Tickets to the Las Vegas show and to tour dates are sold by ticketing partners, not through this site. Their own terms, fees and refund rules apply to ticket purchases.
The site itself
We keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. Prices, dates, product availability and content can change without notice. Tour dates in particular are confirmed by the venues and can move.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell anyone’s data. The only personal information we handle is what is needed to send you an order.
What stays in your browser
Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage under the name popovich-cart-v1. It never leaves your device until you press checkout, and clearing your browser data erases it.
What happens at checkout
Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your email, name, shipping address and payment details, and processes the payment as an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy. From Stripe we receive the order contents, the amount, your email and your shipping address, and we use them for one purpose: fulfilling and supporting that order.
Downloads
For digital orders we store a small counter — the order number and how many times each file has been downloaded — so that the three-download limit can be enforced. It holds no name, email or address.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records technical request data, including IP addresses, to serve pages and to protect the site from abuse.
Email
If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer and, if needed, look up your order later. We do not add you to any mailing list and we send no marketing email.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Download counters expire on their own within 90 days.
Children
The show is for all ages, but this shop is meant for adults making a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what order information we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it where tax rules allow. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we handle every such request the same way, wherever you live. Write to us from the contact page.
